From the Head Office

As a parent, you know that all children are unique individuals. Each child has his or her own special interests, talents, developmental patterns and emotional needs. Our nurturing environment, strong curriculum, and small class size are just a few of the ways that Woodland strives to bring out the personal best of each and every student.

Remember that it's not too late to join the Woodland family and that we have financial aid available for those who qualify! Classes start September 6th!

If you would like information about nurturing your child to his or her personal best, do not hesitate to call 800-453-8499. Ask for Cosmo Terrigno. He'll be happy to address your questions and talk to you about our strong program.

Thank you for your interest in Woodland Country Day School. As you browse on our web site you will find information concerning our programs and services.

For over forty years Woodland has been serving families in South Jersey and this fall marks the opening of our satellite campus in Harrison Township. Individualized instruction, small classes, a challenging curriculum and a safe environment are hallmarks of a Woodland education. Our accelerated program is taught by teachers who inspire learning, and encourage children to develop responsibility, self-esteem and leadership qualities.

Our graduates leave us after eighth grade prepared to enter high school and beyond with the necessary skills to be successful. The majority of our students enroll in honor courses and test into French, Spanish or Latin II at the high school level.

Our superb facility includes a Computer and Science Learning Center. A full-size gymnasium, renovated art facility, computerized 10,000 volume library provide an excellent educational environment for our students to learn.

We invite you to visit our campus and see our students thriving and learning at a crucial time in their development. We know that you will be impressed with our overall program.

Sincerely,
Cosmo F. Terrigno
Head of School
