Woodland Wonder Summer Care Continues Through August 22nd. REGISTER NOW!

The first few weeks of summer are always full of excitement and this year is certainly no exception. The wonderful laughter and banter of students in the hallways and throughout the beautiful Woodland campus has been replaced by the quiet hum of summer. With graduation behind us, there’s plenty to keep us busy in preparation for next year.

Our Woodland Wonder Summer Care Program is well underway in providing the perfect blend of summer fun and refresher academics to those students enrolled. There’s plenty of time to join in the fun! Remember that Woodland Wonder is open to Woodland and non-Woodland students alike.

This school year was one to remember, and the events that help to create life-long memories and a love for education just keep happening at Woodland! As we prepare to enter our 49th year of excellence in education, I want to reiterate how happy I am to be the leader of a school that enhances the whole child. Woodland students are blessed to have wonderful families and to be part of a school driven by a dedicated, caring and nurturing faculty, staff and Board. Our enrollment numbers are up and our families are enthusiastic about what our “gem in the woods” has to offer.

Our faculty and staff constantly strive to uphold the Woodland standard and the guidelines set forth by our strong Board and our recent reaccredidation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Woodland was the first Southern New Jersey elementary school to earn its accreditation by this organization, a non-profit, peer-administered group providing leadership in school improvement. Accreditation is crucial to the health of a school, as it involves information gathering about the entire institution, a way to establish priorities for improvement and a method of managing change.

With so much to offer in academics, aesthetics and athletics, now's a great time to inquire about your child's potential for joining our Woodland family! We offer an exceptional education for children in grades PK3 through 8! We are available Monday through Friday from 9 o ‘clock until 1 o’clock, so stop in, say hello and learn what we have to offer first hand!

We are always here to help, so give us a call before you settle into the “dog days” of summer. As you sink your toes into the warm sand and enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade, remember that September is just around the corner and that we are here to address any concerns or needs that may arise in preparation for another great school year. Be sure to catch a summer breeze, read a good book and spend time with those you love. Remember, these are the days!
