Parents interested in a Woodland education for their children may inquire throughout
the year. Applications for the next school year are accepted at any time. However, it is
recommended that applications be received by May 1st for the next school year,
particularly if you are planning to apply for financial aid.
The steps below are the suggested path to follow if you are interested in enrolling
your child at Woodland. If you have any questions, please contact the school directly.
- Contact the school by phone or the Online Form.
- School sends information packet and/or video.
- Head of School follows-up with a telephone call to answer any questions.
- Parent schedules a personal interview and tour.
- Parent submits application with an application fee.
- Applicants for grades K-8, should forward a Release for Student Records to current school.
- Student visits Woodland and spends a day in the classroom. Preschool students spend a morning visiting.
- Current school sends a copy of student's transcript and records to Woodland.
Our Admissions Committee reviews:
a. application
b. transcripts/records
c. test scores
d. teacher recommendations.
We notify the parent of the Admissions Committee decision and forward a contract
to the parent.
